At Philadelphia Square Management Company, our primary goal is to provide Indiana University of Pennsylvania students with convenient, modern, comfortable, and upscale off-campus student housing. IUP parents and students, we know that safety is at the top of your priority list before signing a lease, luckily Philadelphia Square’s buildings are fully equipped with security codes and electronic key systems. An additional benefit of signing with us, is that almost all our rental properties have on-site parking available.
A favorite student apartment is the 280 S. 7th St. location. These luxury apartments are located above the dedicated gymnasium space for IUP’s intramural programs. If you live here you will have access to basketball courts, volleyball courts, and an indoor track. You are right next door to the Student Union, which means you’ll be steps away from the Co-op Store, computer lounge, copy center, numerous eateries, racquetball courts and comfortable spaces to hang out. This off-campus apartment is the perfect spot for students who want to be minutes away from downtown, but also close to campus.
Are you going to be a senior or grad student next fall? Then one of our properties at our 980 Philadelphia Street or 9-15 South 10th Street will be exactly what you need. At these locations, we offer one and two-bedroom apartments. You can focus on your studies without the distraction of living with a bunch of roommates. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indiana, Pa, but you won’t be stuck in the middle of the nightlife scene. This off-campus location is suited for students who want a quiet apartment, but still can go out and explore the town of Indiana.
If you’re someone who likes kicking back and relaxing, then you should tour our 1055 Philadelphia Street location. You will be able to come back to your IUP apartment and enjoy having free access to our state-of-the-art theater room with comfortable leather-reclining chairs. The high-definition theater room is a great place to invite friends over to watch a movie, sporting event or your favorite show. Oh, and don’t worry about bringing popcorn, Philadelphia Square has it popped, buttered, and ready to go. This location offers one, two and three-bedroom units.
