Calling all sport fanatics, the 280 S. 7th St. location is located above the dedicated gymnasium space for IUP’s intramural programs. If you decide to call this your home away from home, you will have access to a variety of courts. Those courts being basketball courts, volleyball courts, and an indoor track. In addition to the accessible courts, you’ll be next door to the Student Union. This off-campus apartment is the perfect spot for students who want to be minutes away from downtown, but also close to campus.
Calling Upperclassmen
Are you going to be a senior or grad student next fall? Then one of our properties at our 980 Philadelphia Street or 9-15 South 10th Street are for you! These locations offer one or two-bedroom off-campus apartments. You can focus on your studies without distracting roommates. Also, these are within walking distance to Indiana’s downtown. Luckily, there’s still some distance from the hear of the nightlife scene. This location is suited for students who want a quiet off-campus apartment, but still can go out and explore the town of Indiana.
Chill Time
If you’re someone who likes kicking back and relaxing, then you should tour our 1055 Philadelphia Street location. You will be able to come back to your IUP apartment and enjoy having free access to our state-of-the-art theater room with comfortable leather-reclining chairs. The high-definition theater room is a great place to invite friends over to watch a movie, sporting event or your favorite show. Oh, and don’t worry about bringing popcorn, Philadelphia Square has it popped, buttered, and ready to go. This location offers one, two and three-bedroom units.
