1. Congratulate The Graduating Class
IUP’s winter graduation ceremony takes place tomorrow, Saturday, December 12. Don’t forget to congratulate all of the students who are graduating this year! Graduating from college is a huge accomplishment. Now, you just have to figure out what you want to do for the rest of your life. 😂
Whether you’re moving on to graduate school or entering the workforce with your newly earned degree, we wish you nothing but the best.
2. Stay Healthy
The holidays will likely look a little different for all of us this year and we hope all of our tenants are able to celebrate safely. Whether you’ll be seeing friends and family in-person or virtually this year, your health is what matters most!

4. Sign Your 2021 – 2021 Lease
While you’re at home spending time with family, take a break from Netflix, to talk to your parents about signing a lease for next year. Philadelphia Square is currently renting apartments at seven locations, all within walking distance to campus.
We have one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom rentals available for the 2021 – 2022 academic year. All of our buildings come fully furnished with premium furniture! Our tenants also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, theater room, and fireplace lounge.
