Our primary goal at Philadelphia Square Management Company, is to provide Indiana University of Pennsylvania students with convenient, modern, comfortable, and upscale IUP off campus student housing. We can fulfill this goal because of our tenants. We are beyond thankful for our tenants who have allowed us to do what we love and make us appreciate being a part of the Indiana, Pa community more and more every year. We hope that everyone gets to spend the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with their loved ones and friends. We wanted to give you some ideas on how to celebrate your thankfulness before you leave IUP to go on Thanksgiving break.
A benefit of leasing an off-campus apartment from Philadelphia Square is that your apartment comes with a large kitchen that can accommodate you and your guests. The large kitchen keeps people from hovering over one another while stuffing the turkey at your Friendsgiving. Now if you’re wondering what Friendsgiving is, it is a fun and delicious way to spend quality time with your friends before Thanksgiving break. It is a spin on the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Instead of your family spending the day in the kitchen, your friends and you cook the meal.
After you finish stuffing yourselves, you can go and relax in our high-definition theater room. You can kick back, possibly take a turkey induced nap in one of the comfortable leather reclining chairs. Plus, if you save some room in your belly, there is always free fresh-popped popcorn. What more could you be thankful for, right?
Thanksgiving is a time to give back. We want to encourage our tenants and their friends to think about clearing out their cupboards and donating their goods to a local food bank. There are many people who don’t get to have a giant meal on Thanksgiving. So, please before you pack up and leave to go home for break, make someone’s Thanksgiving a little more special by donating what you can!
