If you love being active and playing sports with your friends, then our 280 S. 7th St. apartments are for you! You’ll be located right above the dedicated gymnasium space for IUP’s intramural program, which features basketball courts, volleyball courts and field hockey. This is the only location on or around IUP’s campus that has an indoor track. Our tenants love the convenience of being adjacent to the Student Union also known as the “HUB”, which contains a state-of-the-art fitness center, the Co-op Store, computer lounge, copy center, numerous eateries, racquetball courts and comfortable spaces to hang out.

Why not take advantage of 1055 Philadelphia Street’s perfect location where you’ll be within five minutes to the downtown area or hiking at White’s Woods. All Philadelphia Square residents can benefit from our amenities, however, those that choose to stay at this location will be able to enjoy our theater room in the same building!
