Luckily, all of our locations are within walking distance to IUP’s campus, but we also have our 1055 Philadelphia Street apartments, which will put you right in the heart of Indiana’s downtown which is packed with restaurants, shops and bars. You get the best of both worlds.

Imagine being able to live with your best friends and making memories that will last a lifetime! Our apartments range from one to four bedrooms. So if it’s just you and your bestie or the whole squad, we have you covered. If you’re looking for maximum space to live comfortably, we recommend touring our 31 South 10th Street condo-style apartments. You will forget that you’re even in an off-campus apartment with all the space.
The Amenity Life
If you’re going to pay rent, shouldn’t there be perks beyond just the off-campus apartment? We think so! That is why regardless of which location you choose to lease, all of our tenants have access to our high-quality amenities. We have a theatre room that you can watch your favorite movie or show while munching on free buttery popcorn. If you’re more of a sweat kind of person, head on over to our fitness center. Let’s not forget about our fireplace lounge. You can study away while cozying up to the warm fireplace and quiet space.
